Please read these terms in full before you make a purchase from our website “truewitchcraft.co.uk”. If you do not accept or agree in full with any of our terms and conditions, please do not make a purchase on our website “truewitchcraft.co.uk”. Your continued use and any purchase made from our website “truewitchcraft.co.uk” confirms that you have read and that you accept all of our terms and conditions laid out within.
You are not, under any conditions allowed to copy, reproduce or modify any photos or written information from our web site without our prior permission. Our web site “truewitchcraft.co.uk” will be open 24/7 365 and will only be closed due to website maintenance, unforeseen technical errors outside our control, illness or holidays, and if at all possible this will be displayed on our home page.

Abuse via email
We will not tolerate any form of abuse contained in any email towards us at “True Witchcraft” and we gladly forward your email address, IP address, MAC address to the local authorities in order to identify and prosecute those who do so.
Attachments via email
Please also note we will not under any circumstances open any emails that have attachments unless from a trusted source, in the case that they may contain harmful content, such as computer viruses, Trojan horses, malware, corrupted data or any other harmful digital data that may cause our web site “truewitchcraft.co.uk” any harm or disruption.
Your order will be processed and dispatched normally in one working day and despatched via Royal mail, unless otherwise indisposed as outlined in our web site heading. Once dispatched you will receive an email saying your order has been dispatched. Please note that we do not have any control over the Royal mail delivery system and that all items sent by us “True Witchcraft” will be sent by second class mail.
Cancellations, Refunds & Returns
Under The Distance Selling Regulations 2000 you are entitled to cancel your order within 14 days of it being placed. All customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of purchase; you must contact us via our email within the 14 day period to cancel your order. Cancellation is only effective if the communication is sent to us “True Witchcraft” before the end of the 14 day cancellation period. Once you receive your order you must not open the box and send it back to us as it was sent to you, while our goods our in your care you must take reasonable care of the items. All return costs will not be reimbursed, postage or other return costs will be the customer’s responsibility and will only be reimbursed for incorrectly supplied goods. Refunds can and will only be refunded back to your account from which it came from within 14 days of your cancellation and the receipt of returned and inspected items. Please note that we do not accept any returns of dried herbs, barks, resins & flowers that the header card has been removed and the packet opened due to health protection, hygiene reasons or possible contamination. Please send returns with your original invoice as proof of purchase within 14 days of receipt of your order. All goods must be returned in their original condition, unused with original packing.
